I, the undersigned applicant, acknowledge and agree that ZIQR LLC is a limited liability company in the early stages of development and that any contributor role offered at this time is provided on a voluntary and unpaid basis. I understand and accept that any services, work product, or creative contributions I choose to provide to ZIQR LLC, including but not limited to writing, editorial input, research, or other creative or strategic efforts, are offered voluntarily without expectation of compensation or benefits and do not create or imply any employment, contractor, agency, or fiduciary relationship between myself and ZIQR LLC.

If I am selected for an interview, I understand that additional details will be provided regarding the nature of the role, the scope of responsibilities, and how I may contribute to the mission and growth of ZIQR LLC. Contributors who join during this formative stage will be considered part of the founding contributor network. As the company grows and resources expand, ZIQR LLC intends, in its sole discretion, to develop opportunities for paid positions, editorial leadership, and long-term collaboration based on demonstrated commitment, contribution, and alignment with the company’s values. I acknowledge that ZIQR LLC retains full discretion over the structure, timing, and availability of any such future compensation or opportunities and that no guarantee, promise, or representation of paid employment or compensation has been made at this time.

By submitting this application, I certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false, misleading, or omitted information may result in disqualification from consideration or termination of participation. I authorize ZIQR LLC to verify any information contained in my application and to contact references, previous collaborators, or relevant third parties as necessary for evaluation purposes.
